How long does a Bowen Session last?
Typically a bowen session lasts 45 minutes but you should allow an hour for the first session. The first session takes longer because I will take some medical history and assess your complaint in some detail before commencing treatment.

What should I wear for a Bowen session?
I can easily treat effectively through light clothing. If a client attends a Bowen session wearing tight jeans or very thick trousers I may ask then to remove that item of clothing. I will then cover the client with a clean blanket or towel.

The world of health insurance, including BUPA, has yet to catch up with the many health benefits of Bowen.
